Mind Body Balanced - Central Coast Support Group for Eating Disorders We offer group support for people struggling with all types of disordered eating, body image challenges and lack of self worth associated with these issues. As you recover from bulimia, anorexia nervosa or compulsive / binge eating, you will gain knowledge, insight and support from peers.  Kirstin and Leah provide a welcome and safe environment in which to explore the food/mood connection, body awareness/acceptance, mindful eating and relaxation techniques.  It is our intention to help group participants rediscover an intuitive sense of appetite as we explore the underlying issues that fuel eating behavior.

We are pleased to announce our move and the expansion of our practice to include supportive group therapy for people who suffer from any type of disordered eating, body image challenges and lack of self worth associated with these issues.
